Is there an application fee?
Yes, a non-refundable application fee is required at the time of submission. The exact fee amount is disclosed on the application and covers the cost of background and credit screening. All adults 18 and older who will be living in the home must submit a separate application.How long does the approval process take?
We strive to review applications and communicate decisions as quickly as possible. Most applications receive a decision within 2-5 business days, depending on how quickly we can verify your information. We'll reach out promptly if we need anything additional from you.What is required for a security deposit?
A security deposit is required prior to move-in. The deposit amount varies by property and is disclosed in your lease agreement. The deposit is held to cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear and is returned in accordance with Utah state law following your move-out.What lease term options are available?
Lease terms vary by property. Many of our rentals are offered on a 12-month lease. Contact our team to ask about the available lease terms for any specific property you're interested in.What happens after I'm approved?
Once approved, we'll contact you to review and sign your lease agreement. We'll walk you through all lease terms clearly and answer any questions. After signing, we'll coordinate your move-in date, collect your security deposit and first month's rent, and hand over your keys on move-in day.Can I pay rent and submit maintenance requests online?
Yes. All Real Estate Titans tenants have access to our online Tenant Portal where you can pay rent securely, submit maintenance requests, and communicate with our property management team anytime — including outside of business hours.
